Breakfast is at the kitchen table, whenever you surface. There is a cat. He is not included in the tariff but behaves as though he is.
The cottage sleeps four across two rooms, and we only ever take one booking at a time — so the place, the garden and the veranda are yours. No corridors, no other guests at breakfast, no key cards.
We have been doing this since 2016, and before that we were the people who kept coming back to Akaroa and wishing somewhere like this existed.
